How your personal data is handled when you fill in a form or book a viewing on this site.
The data controller is the real estate broker who runs this site. For anything relating to your data, get in touch:
Only what you type into a form. The site carries no analytics or advertising trackers, so nothing is collected about how you browse it.

Records are deleted once that period is up. If we go on to work together, your data is kept for as long as the agreement and the law require.
Your data is used only to answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing time, or give you a valuation. The legal basis is the correspondence you started and the steps taken before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), together with the legitimate interest in answering an enquiry that was sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f)). There is no newsletter, and nothing is used for marketing.
Your data is never sold, and never passed to anyone for marketing. The site and its email are hosted by Hostinger (EU). Google Maps is used for address lookup and the map picture on a listing — those requests are made from our own server, so your IP address never reaches Google. The one exception is the YouTube video on a listing page, which loads only if you click it.
There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you are not asked to accept any. Only what the site cannot work without is used: a sign-in cookie for the admin area (the broker only), and your saved-properties list, which is kept in your browser and never reaches our server. YouTube videos load only when you click to load them. That choice is then remembered in this browser, and you can take it back at any time:
You have the right to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how it is used, receive a copy of it, and object to it being used at all. Email us and you will get an answer within 30 days. So that your records can be found, quote the same email address or phone number you gave in the form.
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
